Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a shipping mailer.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
